hard working staff and sensational breakfasts. very clean unit. the hotel was ideally located. moreover, it was 3 km from the pencil museum. suitable place for 3 nights.

Food was excellent - plenty of options. Booked double room with air conditioner, an ironing set and a radio. Derwentwater is near to the hotel. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.
